100% cotton yarn doesnt come much better than this.  James C Brett have done it again with a fantastically smooth cotton in a fantastic colour range featuring brights, subtle earthy tones and pastels. 
Its a non mercerised cotton but you wouldnt know it - its super soft. 
 
What is mercerisation.  Its basically a chemical wash to alter the texture of the yarn.  It involves a caustic soda wash so not only is it bad for the environment but who wants that near their skin.
