Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order.  During peak order times processing may take as long as 1-2 weeks.

All items will sent via Royal Mail second class postage.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund with the item to be posted back within the following 14 days.

​

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
