SHIPPING POLICY

Custom Orders/Made to Order
Please check the item description for information concerning turnaround times. Please do not chase until your order becomes overdue.
All other orders:

All items will sent via Royal Mail second class postage.

Orders are shipped on weekdays only and we do not ship during holidays or shop closure days. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days but please allow for additional days during peak order times like Christmas or special discount events like Black Friday. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during periods of bad weather or peak delivery times like Christmas.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Online Orders
In order to be eligible for a refund, You must contact us and express your desire for a refund within 14 days. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred for returning items unless the item in question is faulty. All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent out. Once in receipt of the returned item and following a successful inspection your refund will be processed within 14 days.
​If the product is damaged in any way, which includes offensive smells like smoking or pet contamination or the return cannot completed within 28 days, you will not be eligible for a refund but please message us to discuss possible options.

You should use the contact us option on the website stating your order number and reason for return. Please ensure you check the contact information you leave as we cannot be held responsible where email addresses etc. contain typos.

Custom Orders
We have a strict no refund policy for any custom orders unless the item is faulty. In the event of a faulty item your normal rights are observed. You must notify us within 14 days.

Shop Purchases
We accept refunds for shop purchases for any faulty items so long as you return them within 14 days, they are in the same condition as purchased from the shop and you have a receipt or other form of proof of purchase.
We will not accept refunds or exchanges where you have just changed your mind.
